Account & Registration

To register on X Bazy, you will need: an active email address or Bangladeshi mobile number, your full name (as it appears on your national ID), date of birth, and a strong password. Your account will be active as soon as registration is complete. You may need to provide a copy of your national ID or passport later for KYC verification.
Make sure to provide accurate information during registration — it will make KYC verification much smoother later.

No. X Bazy's policy allows each person to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and funds will be forfeited. This rule is strictly enforced to protect the platform from fraudulent activity.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the X Bazy login page. Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be sent within a few minutes. The link is valid for 15 minutes. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
If the email doesn't arrive, you can request an SMS OTP to your mobile number instead.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. You must complete KYC before making your first withdrawal on X Bazy. Upload photos of the front and back of your national ID or passport, along with a selfie. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

To close your X Bazy account, email support@xbazy.com or reach out via live chat. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you're looking to close due to a gambling concern, Responsible Gaming The page also includes a self-exclusion option.

After registration, a verification link will be sent to the email address you provided. Click the link to complete email verification. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or log in to X Bazy and use the "Resend Verification" option.

Some details can be changed before KYC verification is complete. However, once your name, date of birth, and national ID number have been verified, they cannot be changed. To update your mobile number or email address, please contact support.

After 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts, your X Bazy account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the problem persists, reset your password or contact support.
Betting & Odds

First Registration and deposit funds into your account. Then Sports Betting Go to the page, choose your preferred sport, select a match and market, enter your stake, and click the "Place Bet" button. Your bet will be confirmed instantly.

Odds are a number that reflects the probability of an outcome and how much you'll win. For example: a BDT 100 bet at odds of 1.85 returns BDT 185 if you win (profit of BDT 85). X Bazy uses decimal odds format, which is the most straightforward for players in Bangladesh.
Profit Calculation: (Odds × Stake) − Stake = Net Profit

Live betting means placing bets in real time while a match is in progress. In X Bazy's live betting section, odds update every moment. Visit X Bazy and on the Bet page. go to the "Live" tab to see active matches and place bets on your preferred markets.

In general, confirmed bets on X Bazy cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can use the "Cash-Out" feature to settle a bet partially or in full. The cash-out option is not available on all markets.

Single Bet: A bet on a single match or event — simple and lower risk.

Accumulator (Parlay) Bet: Bet on multiple events combined into one. All selections must win. The risk is higher, but so is the reward. X Bazy allows up to 20 events in a single accumulator.

If a match or event is cancelled, X Bazy will refund the full stake to your account. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed and the remaining selections are settled as usual.

The minimum bet on X Bazy generally starts from BDT 50. Maximum limits vary depending on the event, market, and odds. Higher limits are available on High Roller accounts. on the High Roller page Learn more.

X Bazy offers betting on more than 30 sports. Popular options include cricket (IPL, BPL, World Cup), football (Premier League, La Liga, UEFA), tennis, basketball, hockey, badminton, kabaddi, and more. on the Sports Events page View all.

Cash-out lets you settle a bet before the match is over. In X Bazy, go to your active bets list and click the "Cash Out" button. The amount offered may be higher or lower depending on how the match is progressing.
Deposits & Withdrawals

You can deposit funds at X Bazy using the following payment methods:

Mobile Pay and Nagad are the fastest and most convenient options.

The minimum deposit at X Bazy is ৳300 BDT. Deposits via mobile banking typically reflect in your account within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

Withdrawals via mobile banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad) are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Wait 15–20 minutes first. If it still doesn't appear, email support@xbazy.com with a screenshot or reference number of your payment. Our finance team will resolve the issue promptly.

X Bazy generally does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Separate terms may apply for withdrawing bonus balance.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met first. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you need to wager 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings become withdrawable.

Yes, you can submit multiple withdrawal requests on the same day at X Bazy. However, a daily maximum withdrawal limit applies, which varies by account type. High Roller accounts come with a higher daily limit.

The wagering requirement refers to how many times you must bet through your bonus before withdrawing. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 BDT bonus means you need to place ৳30,000 BDT in bets. Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher typically count toward the requirement.

Once a free bet is credited to your account, select "Free Bet" as the payment method on your betting slip. If you win, you keep the profit — but the original free bet stake is not returned. Free bets are typically valid for 7 days.

X Bazy offers several types of bonuses:

Enter your code in the "Promo Code" field during registration. You can also add a promo code on the payment page when making a deposit. Each promo code can only be used once.

Log in to X Bazy and go to Account Settings → "Security" → enable "Two-Factor Authentication". Choose either Google Authenticator or SMS OTP. Once 2FA is active, you'll need an additional code every time you log in.

To stay safe:
  • Use a strong password (mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters)
  • Always keep 2FA enabled
  • Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi
  • Never share your password with anyone
  • Do not click on unfamiliar links

No. X Bazy will never ask for your password, OTP, or banking PIN via email, SMS, or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be X Bazy and requests this information, it is a scam. Report it to our support team immediately and flag the number or email address.

Mobile App

X Bazy App Download Page Download it from there. Both Android and iOS versions are available. On Android, download the APK file and install it by enabling "Unknown Sources".

The X Bazy app runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher, and iOS 12 or higher. Keep the app updated to the latest version for the best experience.

If the app won't open: restart your phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure installation from "Unknown Sources" is enabled, and check that you have enough storage space. If the issue persists, contact support.

Log in to X Bazy, go to Account Settings → "Responsible Gaming", and set your daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, betting limits, or loss limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period.
